Just so mad at my husband before we moved he promised he would put our son to bed at night and get him his bottle. Then promised that on the mornings he doesn't work or the ones he works later he would feed him breakfast so I can have my relax time before having him all day long. Then every morning he is here he says he's not going to get him breakfast because he doesn't want to and sits there telling me to go make and feed our son breakfast. Then every time I remind him of his promise he rolls his eyes and gets butt hurt like wtf. You promised me these things I didn't make you and it makes me mad when you don't want to honor your word and then demand that I do it instead of at least asking me if I could. I feed my son his breakfast and now I'm eating mine in the kitchen because I'm just so irritated.
@motheroftwoloves that's true I'm just so hard on myself. That's why I'm practicing though. :)
@aylenrose a way to get acquainted with the community for sure and build clients. Nothing is 100% perfect
@motheroftwoloves true I woukd have to look around and see if they have anything like that around me. :) I'm judt nervous because I know my stuff isn't perfect.
@aylenrose that's why I said doing the flea market thing or something.
@motheroftwoloves it wasn't to bad I sold a bib and burp cloth but that was it
@motheroftwoloves I had one before on etsy I just stopped when my son got a little bigger lol and a little mobile
@motheroftwoloves thanks! Mine are bigger compared to others by at least a few inches. I got my first one like this from a little outdoor flea market back when I lived with my mom that inspired me. Other than maybe etsy or something I don't know where to get bigger one lol
@aylenrose oh that's pretty. It was a 1lb puppy lol. Those are beneficial though. I went to a few places. Do you know anywhere that makes them about the length you get at the hospital? You could have your own shop or do flea market stuff?
@aylenrose I appreciate it still lol. I used to sew but like repairs. It's definitely a good time for me. I once made my old dog a vest for the winter. Lol. IDK what we will do blanket wise. The swaddle ones we bought for our first were either too thin or too small. :(
@motheroftwoloves oh 😂 I tried. Lol its relaxing but its a trap lmao then your drawn to fabric stores. The best part is making it for your baby and its a different pattern than all the basic ones in walmart etc. Plus I love receiving blankets when they are made because they are bigger and wrap better around the baby for longer.
@aylenrose that would be if my hair was around that length all over. Lol. You make me want to sew 😂
@aylenrose I need to figure out how I'd style it. Lol. The knights and dragons pattern?
@motheroftwoloves lol I'm sure they still look cute! Even with short hair. I haven't had a head band in so long. Yes I'm hoping I can find what I'm looking for.
@aylenrose I probably won't I don't feel like moving like my mind does. I'm starting to like them. IDK how I really want to wear them given I chopped all my long hair 😂 oh nice might see some different patterns there
@motheroftwoloves do it! Head bands are so cute! That sounds like me with my fabrics I might wait until we go down to see my family. My mom has a JoAnns right down the street. 😁
That's good though. I really want to go back out and get some head bands. Lol. I feel so antsy lately. Like I want to get out more than usual.
@motheroftwoloves same! This may be more country like but we have a shopping center like 5 minutes away that has a decent amount of stuff so its not to bad.
@aylenrose I think I always stay about 5 mins from grocery areas and then like the mall and bigger outlets roughly 20 to 30 mins. Nice community fortunately. The country literally made me sick /_\ I'd break out in hives and etc etc.
@motheroftwoloves its a nice drive out here. I used to live near a big city so its a big change lol
@motheroftwoloves I will I already have plans with one of my friends and my sister and then I will see my family on Easter. 😁 we live in orange cove they have no mall lol its a small farming kind of town. I'd have to drive 40 minutes for more than a small shopping center.
@aylenrose I would just drive and use GPS. Like go to the mall or shopping center. Oh I hope you guys have a good time!!
@motheroftwoloves I might try that as soon as I get to know the new town we moved to. We are going down to spend a few days with my family Thursday night until Sunday evening so I'm excited about that. I know my mom will want the baby like 90% of the time haha
@aylenrose oh no. He should know better. One day when he's off you should make watch the baby and you treat yourself. See how he handle that. I'm glad too. I was very surprised.
@motheroftwoloves I always tell him why and he's like your still mad about that its not that big of a deal. I'm glad you got some appreciation though!
@aylenrose I felt that way and out the blue I got a appreciation card. This pregnancy he has definitely been different but so have I. He still has some areas he could work on with helping though. Yeah that mindset is annoying. Oh yeah like he should obviously know why you're upset. Sometimes you have to tell them again why you're upset lol.
@motheroftwoloves it really is so unfair. I feel like being a stay at home mom is one of the most underappreciated jobs. The boyfriends/husbands sit there and go you don't work so I shouldn't have to do anything with our kid its so annoying. Exactly if you don't plan on doing what you say just don't promise it in the first place. What makes me mad more is when your SO after you do want they didn't want to do says why are you so upset? Like for real?
@aylenrose Our jobs just seem to never end or even get a break even though we do have an SO. Unfair. Also can't stand when someone doesn't honor their promises.. Like don't make them if you cant do them or just trying to say whatever I want to hear at the time
@motheroftwoloves exactly! I'm a SAHM and I am supposed to do breakfast 4 days a week (6 this week) and I do lunch, dinner, nap every single day as well as clean and keep up on housework the best I can. It just irritates me to no end when people promise and say they will do things and then throw a fit afterwards.
He needs to honor his words and stop acting like he can't pitch in. I feel like guys just automatically assume that's our sole responsibility regardless of what we need to do outside of that.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
Question. I just left my husband for cheating and now hes been harassing me. Hes threatening to come get our son. I dont care if he sees his son but I'm not comfortable with him leaving with him bc hes never taken care of him a day In his life and he might use him against me. Am I wrong for feeling this way??

This is my son Walter. Today is his birthday. He would have been five. This picture was taken when he was 16 days old. He was my first child and my only son (I now have 3 girls). He passed away the next day after this picture from congenital heart failure. It was a miracle that he lived passed 12 weeks gestation because of how severe his heart defects were. I miss him so much, I can't believe it's been 5 years. It still hurts so bad. I don't talk about him a lot out loud because I end up bawling...
Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? He's constantly cancelling whole weekends or taking our son a quarter of his ordered time. He also isn't following the meets on the order. Almost every Sunday he has him...
@aylenrose I'm very similar in that aspect. But I'm sure you'll get it
