Hey girls x Advice needed please!! x
So my 4 year old has chicken pox x I've bought some cream recommended by the pharmacist x She doesn't have a temperature but was told if she does get one it's ok to give calpol or paracetamol x
But do you guys have any advice or anything you think i should know? x

Not much more you can do really. Keep her covered in light clothes and apply the cream when needed. I found night time was the worst. Couldn't stop them scratching during the night. Try to keep her room airy so she doesn't get too warm. Makes the itching worse. Stick to Calpol no nurofen!

Oat bath, aveeno and camomile lotion xx

Just try as much as you can to not let her scratch because they can leave some mean scars. Camomile lotion can help with the urge to itch.
