What is this ?( it wraps around my finger like a long snot booger ) I’ve been having this discharge for a week and a half now along with my pee being cloudy looking ( I drink plenty of water )

Is there a possibility of pregnancy i had a discharge like this but when i first found out i was pregnant and i also had a uti and my urine was cloudy
