I walk and I bounded on a yoga ball 🏀 and I tried the sex thing nothing

I was at 0 cm at 40w and the night before I went into labor at 40w5d my bf had me walking all over town like I was dying lmao I didn’t wanna keep walking but it seriously worked

I exercised every night then I drink a Starbucks with two shots of espresso and I went into labor
