What is the best prenatal ?
Ive tried the gummies but i dint like the flavor i tried them with my first kid
Second pregnancy i took regular pills one from a white bottle that has a colorful circle i think it was and the pills were kind of green then i switched to another kind the pills were small and they were purple i forgot the names ill look them up
But I really want good prenatal that wont be to big of a pill or the gummies

My prenatal gummies finished 😒 As much as I hate the prenatal pills am going to have to take them, can i crush them in water and drink it? I could never swallow that pill and then it makes me gag lol smh or is it bad to crush it?
is there any prenatal pills that i can take that are not pills? im a horrible pill taker :( this is day two and i already almost vomited them out :/
Okay question I was taking the over the counter prenatal pill but they made me gag every time I took them cuz they were so big..... so I went and got the prenatal gummys. how many mommies take the gummys and are they good to take
Nature made plus Dha Walmart 11$ my doctor said stay away from the gummies cause there nothing but sugar candy a d not enough vitamins
