Went to the doctors today she did a membrane sweep on me. I am still 1cm. So mommas how has this worked for you?

I had a stretch and sweep at 38 weeks I was in labor within the hour!

@meggcragle, my doctor told me to walk and not stop for an hour after he did it. He told me to get dinner and by then I’d be ready for the hospital and he was right. I was at 3 cm. If you don’t stay active afterwards it won’t work.
