@gvarra92 oh yes ,I think I know answer we had this with my baby when I was breastfeeding, it's call diathesis,(when you mom eating some bad food,or spicy or salty,or unhealthy,fast food ,friend stuff)it's giving baby rash like this ,I remember I eat burger and then breastfeed her and she's had rash and then I cut burger for 2weeks and her skin clean out
@momboo that's what I thought ... But he's only 6 weeks . My other 2 have it but they didn't start having break outs this early... He's breast feed so I didn't know if it could be something else. Hmm...

@gvarra92 but still put a&d on it that's what's helped, don't let him touch it , put some mittens on

Looks like eczema for me,need extra moisture and a&d lotion
