I bough a huge container of A&D and my daughter had a little rash and it did nothing so I went back to desitine and it just clears her up so fast I love it

Almost looks like a yeast rash, I just struggled with one with my son and every time I got it to go away it came back 🙄 it just cleared up though so fingers crossed lol.

@desssss, I was reading about that!! Depending what food they eat their poop and pee becomes acidic and gives them rash. I’m already looking at non chemical wipes to at least have when we are out and about.

My son gets like that but between his little butt he actually had a appointment today and I asked his doctor about it he told me to not use wipes anymore that just water he said that the urine and poop are really strong and when you wipe that it's all chemicals and since the pee and poop are strong already that the chemicals from the wipes are bad for them he said even after you wipe the wetness stays on them and it's pretty much burning their skin. He told me I can use a&d will help the rash clear up in the meantime.. hope this helps out a bit I hope your baby gets better fast! 💙

Could be an irritation to diaper brand?

Baby Aquaphor works great on diaper rash

@mommyofljc17, give him a warm bath no bubbles no soap just let him soak and play then make sure he’s bone dry before putting on a diaper

@kyandmadimommy, I’ll give him free time tomorrow I’ll probably get a lot of accidents cause he’s such an active baby but anything to make him feel comfortable.

I would stop using wipes for the time being switch to a piece of cloth with water give him some free time just lay him on some towels in between changes and keep him covered in diaper cream but make sure his skin is very dry before applying it

@lissethh, I was thinking that too. I called his docs office today and they were able to squeeze him in on Friday. I just hope it doesn’t get worse

@madukes, I noticed it last Friday but it was only a little spot today I noticed it got a lot worse. It’s even on his scrotum and a little redness on his penis now.

Maybe water wipes as they are 99% and a little fruit extract.

@scx, I actually did do that today. Because I did switch his diaper to the huggies little movers when we have always used the huggies little snugglers. So idk if the diaper caused the rash so I went to go buy him his regular diapers hoping it gets better.

Hm maybe when he pees or poops, give him a “half bath”, like go to the sink and rinse it down with water and then let him air dry and be without a diaper for a bit. My daughter gets diaper rash and every time I let it air dry, I apply the a&D, it goes away quick

@lissethh, yes I have my mom was putting it on him pero nada it actually was making it worse so we stopped and kept putting the a&d. He’s been real fussy lately so idk if it’s because of his rash 😓

Or maybe he’s allergic to the diaper brand he uses looks painful:/ or wipes too
