I'm just wondering he's mad because I told him he's not getting our daughter back because I found out what they do n I don't like it they yell scream fight and cuss in front of my daughter then call me bad names in front of her .. I'm so upset my husband just informed me, that my 16 yr. Old daughter told him while I was gone that I was a bad Mom with too many kids, that I was dumb because I dropped out of school, that she wanted to part in meeting her new sister in December. I'm so broken and don't know what to do!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So should I be upset that my fiancé has nick named a girl "Titslarue" Because she had a boob job?? I mean I'm really kind of upset right now that he makes a joke about a girls boobs??? Not in front of me though, The girl told me is how I found out....
I guess sharing my personal info on here means having it used against me in a personal disagreement yes I was raped and no you have no right to use my daughter against me as a personal jab

Oh man, I’m really sorry he’s threatening you with that. Make sure you document everything he says to you and take a look at what your local court requires, the best way to have the court find in your favor is to be calm, prepared, and in control. I hope everything goes well for you!

I don’t know how it works in your state. It in Florida even though the dad may sign the birth certificate he’s not classified as the dad in the court eyes until paternity is done so he doesn’t have any rights to the child

Is he taking you to court to get visitation rights or are you taking him to court to have his visitation rights revoked? Usually, if you don’t have a pre-existing custody agreement and can’t work one out without court intervention, you or he will need to file papers with family court for a hearing time (the way you do that varies by county), then you will be assigned a court time for a family court judge to hear the case. The hearings can also differ by county/state, as can any paperwork that might be required by the court (DNA tests, birth certificates, etc.). You can usually get a pretty good idea of the process and what paperwork/tests/etc will be required if you check your state/county website, usually there will be a section for family court or custody disputes.
