Also take a warm wash cloth and wash it everyday

I freaked when my baby started getting it, it eventually went away, and down to her ears and neck and now her body! So I just leave it alone, I use Aveeno lotion and dove sensitive skin bar soap (per ped instructions) and her skin is the same...but not worse so maybe try that

Newborn acne :) totally harmless and happens to every baby. It will clear up in a few days.
