Since last night I’ve been getting these Braxton-Hicks contractions that felt a little more intense than normal but every time they happen I feel pressure in my rectum also with the urge to poop. Are these real contractions? I’m 39 weeks pregnant

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
What do contractions feel like?
Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !
@sofia.reyes well since you are as far along as you are and they're happening prerty close together, it could be labor! Maybe call your doctor's office and explain what you're feeling to your doctor so he/she can tell you if you need to head to the hospital or not.
