I just read about sweet potato and it turned out that sweet potato is very harmful during pregnancy and lactation .🙂

@melek.eldar, you can’t trust everything on the internet. I would do a lot more research into it before hand. Sweet potatoes have a lot of nutrition in them.

@shellbell0391 no, i mean harmful, i read it on the internet, but they don't explain the reasons so I'm not sure if its true.
