Has anyone gone threw something like this?? I’ve been noticing the yellow discharge coming out from the side of his eyes since yesterday but today his eyes got pink ish and a bit swollen from the bottom and i have no idea what i should do ..

Has he been sick? It looks like viral pink eye which is different then the contagious pink eye. Still go in but it's probably viral
You can use a warm wet wash cloth and massage his tear ducts to get the gunk out some times they have you do it to them after they are born if they have clogged tear ducts and I’m realizing that may be what my brother had, severely clogged ducts
Could be pink eye but it could also be something else and I can’t remember what it’s called it’s on the tip of my tongue 😭 my brother had it when he was a toddler and most mornings he couldn’t even open his eyes because they were literally stuck crusted shut and my mom would have to pat his eyes with a warm wet cloth. I can’t for the life of me remember what it was called that he had but it looked JUST like this

i think my baby has pink eye :( he has his 2 month old check up on the 30th, is there anything i can do at home til then?? his eye is mucousy & drippy & has discharge. :(
Wish I could take a full body pic but his Doctor want me to keep him swallowed because his temperature has been really low which has kept me an my baby away from each other all day 😢😟 I haven't got a chance to be with him at all do to it she's been keeping him to keep a close eye on him. Bacterial pink eye usually has the swollen eye lid, the pink coloring. Viral produces more tears but less swelling. Both are very contagious!
