Why is it when you ring the doctors when it opens at half 8 they still say they are closed then ring back again and it's user busy and only get through 15 mins later when you been waiting since 8 for ring keeping an eye on time and then when you do get through they only have emergency appointment left at 2.40 what's that all about.
