What can I do to get relief from sciatic nerve pain in my back

I bought a foam roller from target (Walmart has them too) and did some stretch exercises I found on YouTube specifically for sciatic nerve pain. It helped sooo much!
Good luck- I know how much it hurts

Heat and ice, if you have someone to massage you. Also I see a chiropractor for mine. Always helps me!
