I’m 39 weeks and my back has been throbbing for at least 4 hours now. Is this labor??

@sofia.reyes, no problem! But fingers crossed it’s labor! The end is so close🙃

@sofia.reyes, it’s a super small town. I do some stretching before bed, it helps my back not be so tensed up constantly, and I’ve noticed I sleep a bit better after doing some stretching for about 10 minutes. If you have a heating pad put it on low and lay down! I hope the back pain let’s up, mine has been KILLING me today because I’ve been doing a bunch today. So I know how you feel😩

@kristenmarie, I just moved here it’s very mellow and I just got out of a hot shower and been drinking lots of water because I thought I was dehydrated but the back throbbing is still going :(

Could be! Try taking an ibuprofen and just relax, if it isn’t too late, try taking a nice warm epsom salt bath. I’ve had the absolute worst back pain both pregnancies and baths, ibuprofen, and my heating pad on low has been my go to. Btw this is super random but my boyfriends mom lives in Marshalltown!!
