So I was changing my son's diaper after our two hour nap and I noticed some Peach sorta orange substance on the diaper and I looked up online and they said it could be due to dehydration but my son's drinking his regular bottles he's not acting any different except for teething and a slight fever the day before but from the teething... Any other moms experience this? Pic in comments. Doctors office is closed til tomorrow... Thank you in advance.

If there's an urgent care then go there. If not ER. I don't like waiting because it could cause damage if it gets bad. The fever could've been caused by that instead of teething especially if he was extra fussy. It's painful. Has he had another pee diaper?
