I need advice on how to get my daughter to take a bottle. She’s been exclusively breastfeeding for 7 weeks and refuses…

@ganjamom oh yeah I guess in that case all u can do is feed her right before u leave her and leave a bottle just in case some of my kids wouldn't take a bottle they'd just wait for me to get back

@toshagager, I’m not going back to work. But I do let my Mother in Law keep her and my son for a few hours every now and then. And it would be a lot easier if she was okay with a bottle

Are u going back to work or something with my daughter I went to work hubby had to fight with her until she would take it but once he's hungry enough he should just take it

@chasha2017, she gets breast milk. And i can try that. She just gets so frantic when we try to feed her with a bottle.

Are you giving her breast milk or formula? Have you tried to swaddle her in something that smells like you? Maybe one of your t-shirts..

@chasha2017, she doesn’t take a bottle for anyone tho. She’ll scream until she falls asleep from exhaustion

Have someone else feed her. Once she gets used to the bottle then she'll take it from you.
