What do you guys think the right thing is to do when your in a public play area and one of the older kids keeps hitting yours and you already told him to not do that and his parents are no where to be found?
@kenoiyawe I tried he just would give me an angry look then continue to be a bully :/
@tashamagolan I went to another part if the children's museum the 7-8 year old followed us then started to steal the toys right out of my son's hands. Finally after maybe 5 minutes his parent finally found him only to be on his cellphone while he was still being a bully to my son and others. I think I will go to the receptionist next time if this happens thank you :)
I wouldn't let no one hit my child and yes if its another child i would make that child stand there until the mystery parents came or is there any security around? Some people shouldn't have kids! They think its a free for all to leave their kid to do as it pleases...
@izzypeasylemonsqueezy I totally understand where you're coming from. You definitely do have to be careful. I have personally done this myself before sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But yes I would never threaten a child. I talk to them like I talk to my own child.
Report kid to someone who works there and leave so your kid doesn't have to stay there and get hit
If uncomfortable leave the play area or tell a mall employee that works at their customer service desk
@sherrynygirl I agree, just yesterday we were shopping and a little girl maybe 7 came up to me and asked if Jocey could help her find creatures (like Pokémon go) but on a vtech watch. I let her but followed them for about 10 minutes. The whole time I had no idea where her parents were.
