@clara_eakin, I️ was thinking of going when my husband got off anyway and I️ will hopefully that doesn’t happen ... luckily the hospital isn’t far
And who cares go to the hospital they can get you a different doc if you choose to do so
Girl please stay safe because if they refused you and you are that far and you end up having your baby at home or in the car you can sue for them not doing their job!

@clara_eakin, exactly what I️ said but at the time I️ just summed it up to the back up doctor just being a dick because my actual doctor is out of town
Honey your hospital should take you if you are that dilated because it’s a risk not to since you are so far I would walk a little bit and go get rechecked because if your first labor was that quick and your that far dilated they should keep you

@newmommetobe, with my last birth I️ had my son within three hours I️ wasn’t expecting this, this time around and thank you
@darshay012 this was my first pregnancy.. I had a very small pill inserted... I didn't dilate or nothing i was just having strong contractions and then my water just broke and i was ready to push... I only had pain meds... so I don't know ... but I wish you the best and you do what's best for you and the baby
@clara_eakin, 6-7 and I’m exhausted I’m already 39 weeks and hanging on by a thread I️ was expecting it to be like the last baby but forgot things can go differently
How dilated and well your body can do it then just give it some more time so you won’t have to have an emergency csection that coulda been prevented by waiting for a few more days
@clara_eakin, yup and as we speak I’m almost fully dilated but I’m not getting regular back to back contractions so the doctor in today wouldn’t take me
@newmommetobe, @clara_eakin, I️m only sad because I️ don’t want all those extra drugs I️ wanted my body to work the way it’s supposed to but my body is also very tired as well as myself
If you don’t want to and there isn’t a medical reason you can refuse!
I was induced only because my baby was restricted ... don't do it unless u just wanna get it over with or its a problem ... but I wouldn't
Well that’s good my husband worked about 1hr away and he’s been on nights it was scary when I went into labor without him but gave me time to get monitored and get admitted and a room and everything so it ended up working out
