I freaked out in the shower lol bc it's never happen before and I thought something was wrong with me it gushed out like crazy and my husband calmed me down and told me it was normal for pregnant women to have them his sister had them the hole time @sheletamgeorge

It's just because of the increased blood volume

I never had one either I've had a broke nose twice but never a nose bleed until I got pregnant I was taking a shower and it gushed out like crazy when I was 20 weeks pregnant and then a gain at 30 weeks while walking down the road
