Breastmilk supply ideas? Power pumping at work and still only getting half of what I need. Frustrated because the baby is in a growth spurt and drinking extra, of course.

Yeh i have the berry one. It says use with cold water but i think its been helping..im on my 2nd box

I tried all the teas and cookies and of course they helped but the most effective thing for me was the milkflow brand chocolate powder mix. I would put it in warm milk and it tasted just like Swiss miss hot cocoa! I also felt my letdown 2-3 minutes after drinking it the first time and it wasn't even time to pump. It has fenugreek in it. Works REALLY well. I definitely recommend it
