Don't know if you can see it but anyone know what these spots are ?? She's teething with 2 teeth at the min won't eat her sweet potato or milk that much

@courtniek98x I've having to ring 111 she just fell sleep she was sweating stripped her and the spots have gone really bad and all over her body even in her hair and forehead xxxx

I know what I was meaning to ask y'all . Is it true that at the age of one your baby would have to switch to sippy cups because of their teeth rotting out?
The nurse told me I would have to stop Carmen from drinking out of bottles since she's has been switched to whole milk because it will start rotting out her teeth.🤔 Help me understand because either way wouldn't the whole milk still be in her mouth unless you brush her teeth ?
