baby is turning 1 tomorrow! have a question tho, should i transition her to enfagrow? shes currently drinking enfamil gentlease!
@eryka616, i just tried the formula and milk mixed it worked!
@babeylarissa, I’d mix the water and the formula and then add the whole milk to it.
okay! u would give it to her seperatly tho right? water with her formula-then milk?
@babeylarissa, I only give milk at meals and bed. Now she doesn’t need it at bedtime anymore though. Give water throughout the night if she’s waking up still. I would give 2oz formula and 2oz milk
@eryka616, oh okay! but for the half milk half formula how did u do that? what was ur babies scheduele then? for both milk & formula
Just switch to whole milk. Wic gives you formula until 13 months if you want but I started switching my daughter to whole milk right before her first birthday so then WIC just gave me the milk and food I did half milk half formula for a few days then just straight milk
stop completely giving him formula for milk is what i mean sorry lol and yes shes still on the bottle but when i sit her down to eat her food i give her a sippy cup so she does fine with sippy cups now
@babeylarissa, stop what completely ?
Is she still on the bottle? I got him off at 1 y old so it w easy stopping him to wake up for more milk
@diegosmommy0213, did u stop completely on slowly do it? i wanna try getting her off of it because shes really good with eating her veggies so i dont think she'll need enfagrow
@babeylarissa, yea by it self . Once my son was 8 months I stared Reg milk n got him off formula. And at 2 I stopped him from waking up n the middle of the night
@diegosmommy0213, like on its own no like substituting it from her formula? no i haven't
@babeylarissa, but besides solid foods hv she been drinking Reg milk?
@diegosmommy0213, i have with her solids and shes been fine but idk if i still have to give her formula or not cus she still wakes up at night
@momma_dee, oh okay thank u!! I'm gonna transition her asap! hopefully it goes good lol
@babeylarissa, yes, the cans are cheaper and it has the DHA & iron your toddler needs
@momma_dee, oh really? would it be good to change her then?
@babeylarissa, whole milk
