I breast feed and my daughter is a month she rarely takes a pacifier. How do I fix this. So she can suck a pacifier to help her get to sleep instead of continuously sucking my nipple taking in milk and getting so full she pukes it up but ends up wanting the nipple again.

@misscoco lol I tried to milk paci she just made a face I literally have to hold it in her mouth and she will suck it until I move my hand away
Mine was the same way with the suckling, I didn’t offer a paci ever and she’s never seemed to want one, I know it might save you some sanity for now but it can be a hard habit for them to break later
What kind do you use. My baby would only use the MAM brand. The resemble a nipple more because of The shape
You can keep trying. Some babies will only take 1 kind pacifier after months of trying and some never will.
It's kinda good she doesnt take it because when teeth start coming in pacifier can make them crooked. Will she take the pacifier with a little milk on it?
@motherofthemoon aww ok. Well I had a hard time getting my first baby to even take from the breast so yes just give her some time. She's comfy with mommy
