I got a serious question and I need opinions.. I live in Alabama me n my ex had a daughter together she is year and half old he barley helped me with her done anything we was together for almost 2years be left me for another girl on our 2year anniversary he barley wanted to see our daughter like only on weekends once in blue moon but now he wants to do more with her since his new gf came into the picture in December he is not on birth certificate I been letting him see her for a week every other week but its just getting worse. I had him threaten to kill me if I didn't let him see our daughter so I let him get her for 2weeks n he cusses in front of her tell my daughter I'm a whore and a hookerand and says she's gonna learn how to f people and make money .. But she sees her dad every other week .. But his gf and him fights yell scream andvslan things and cuss in front of her just recently I've been dealing with sleeping problems and biting just really bad behavior don't want to mind at all because I tell her dad to put her on a set sleeping schedule and wake up schedule he told me go to he'll that he can do whatever he wants when he has her ... And she sleeps almost all day when she is with him .. No he does not buy stuff for her at all .. He makes our daughter wear size 3 diapers and there so tight on her .. I always have drop my daughter off at his mom n dad n when its time pick her up I have to to his mom n dad to pick her up .. I have no idea what to do I don't like keeping a father away from there kids .. Im so tired I'm needing someone advice please

He really can't keep her from you if he isn't on the birth certificate. Non emergency police will not allow it. You really don't have to send your daughter to him and you could press charges if they keep threatening you. Stick with your gut feeling of what is right and protect your daughter because you only have her once in this lifetime.
@rikki.ferguson I'm really thinking about that I just want to know what really is the law because the police said that it don't matter if he isn't on the birth certificate that he can do whatever he wants
@tribe.of.judah your right its just I can't do this no more its just wrong I've been dealing with this since he left me September 12 2017 .. He blames for almost everything .. And if I don't let him see robin his brother will say he is go I g to take me to court and claims I will lose my daughter .. She has been thru so much in life its just she's getting worse .. I'm going to talk to lawyers but he makes every one think I'm crazy
Fuck that. He has zero rights currently being that he isn't on the birth certificate. If I were you I wouldn't let him anywhere near that child.

Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
