Has anyone had a wisdom tooth extracted during pregnancy? My bottom right wisdom tooth is coming in…

I don’t think they will do anything while pregnant. I remember when I was pregnant with my daughter I had the worst tooth pain and it needed to come out but they said I had to wait until I gave birth. It was the worst.

@tracymarie omgggg nooooo. This hurts so bad. I'm bawling my eyes out but silently because I don't want to move my mouth....

@tracymarie Do you happen to know how far along you were? I just read they miiiight do something in the 2nd trimester. I truly can't handle this pain.

Oh no. Call tomorrow and see if they can do anything for you. That’s awful to deal with that pain all that time

I had 1 wisdom tooth pulled 1 month after giving birth...i have given birth3x the tooth hurt like death..they gave me 3 shots and i jumped off table and when she pulled it i shook my entire body i saw the stars and moon..cold compress and ibuprofen before every 4hrs...feel better girl and i had to have a specialist remove it not reg dentist ..it was on a nerve too

@mommy.to.sterling I really hope they can but it still hasn't popped through yet.... it's growing in all funny and the entire area is swollen as hell. I can feel it coming through inside my gums on the side closer to my tongue. Also I think clove is something not allowed during pregnancy. I typically use Tiger Balm for pain in shoulders and such, but can't use it while pregnant because of the clove.

@sherrynygirl Yeah I have to see a specialist... the funny this is, it wasn't hurting at all. Up until I went to the dentist a couple weeks ago to get some fillings and he refered me to a specialist and said I would need all four removed, but specifically the bottom right ASAP. And NOW it's killlllling meeee

@babymay2016 use a cold pack on side of your face...a specialist i saw said she never reccomnds s all 4 out..i only needed 1 back 1 out wisdom tooth...i would be nervous to do that while prego..mine hurt 1 month after i gave birth

@sherrynygirl I thought he was crazy telling me I need them out at all, and funny enough two weeks later I can't stand this pain. I just want that one out.

Try and ask your doctor is orajel safe that could relieve the pain

Had my wisdom tooth pulled today. Was cleared by my OB. Mines was infected so it had to come out.
