My 3 year old is having an allergic reaction to something and his eyes are swelling up.

Take him to ER or urgent care. Sounds like he needs a steroid shot for that type of allergic reaction

Did they not give him an EpiPen?

My niece (3 year old) has an EpiPen because she's highly allergic to cats and dogs.

If he's having that bad of an allergy they should've tested him...

You should take him to the e.r it doesn't matter if you know what he's allergic to or not. Also call an allergist after the e.r visit. They will test him for everything.

This post wasn’t asking what I should do about an allergic reaction I was expressing my frustrations of not knowing what’s causing it.

@nerdymommyplus2, they did not give him an epi pen. He has an allergy appointment now though
