I need help wht should I do if my back is killing me to the point where I can't sit

Try a bath Tylenol heating pad

A heating pad works best.

Warm Epson Salt bath with lavender.

Sure you're not in labor?

Are you having contractions? I had terrible back labor. I would definitely try a warm bath with epsom salt followed by laying on a heating pad.

@muvabrittney, I’m sorry, hun. On the bright side, you may be going into labor soon. Sounds like baby is getting lower and hitting a nerve or something.

@muvabrittney I would call your OB and speak with a nurse. This can be back labor.

@muvabrittney Yes, that's why it's called back labor, hon. You feel contractions in the back.

@muvabrittney some women deliver their babies at home on the toilet because they had back labor and didn't think it was legit labor. Always best to know for sure and play it safe.
