Anyone’s cervix open around 11 weeks ? I’m in bed rest for the rest of this pregnancy and i have to go see a high risk doctor now, but I’m super worried .

They probably do a cervical cerclage surgery and progesterone.
My sister-in-law has the same issue. With her first baby she miscarried because her doctors failed to tell her that her cervix were open. But she two boys and she’s expecting twins now! She had to get a cerclage which is where her (specialist) doctor goes in and sews the cervix closed so she could have a healthy pregnancy. Look into it, your doctor may recommend it for you.
