Hubby wants to quit his job because he hates nightshift and they won't transfer him to days. Ugh. We don't have the $4,000 to give back from the signing bonus if he does. Not sure how to handle this. So stressed and sick. Throwing up, plus watching 3 other kids while their parents are on night shift at the same job. My baby is so jealous of the other kids too. Idk what to do!

@girlmom. Yeah we both know that, but he really wants to. He's supposed to go Active duty Army soon but they don't get pay for the first few months. Plus I'm a stay at home mom not bringing in money.

A job is a job. It pays the bills and puts food on the table. You will literally find something you hate about every single job that you work at.

He's driving me crazy, but I hate to see him like this. 12 hour shifts working 6 days on and 2 days off. The worst part is that he works the night shift. It's killing him. 😢

Sometimes in life you gotta suck it up for the benefit of the family. Can’t quit a job without something better or equal to what you already have. I work 2 jobs, hubby works 4 12-14 hour days a week. He hates it also, I hate working 2 jobs 6 days a week,but we have bills, car payments, car insurance and need health insurance. So we do the adult thing & suck it up. We won’t ask or qualify for government assistance even though we both pay into it and have since we were both 16 & started working.
