So doctor says this is normal but I’m freaking out .. she said it’s more common in boys than girls . My daughter didn’t break out .. anyone experience this with their boys or girls ?? I put A&D ointment on it but not sure what else to do . Hopefully it goes away soon

Looks like baby acne. Is it? If so, it's best to leave it alone and it will go away on its own. Or you can put breast milk on it.

Yeah my son’s cheeks looked like that for about 3 straight weeks and then it just went away. I kept his face clean and used antibiotic ointment at night while he slept and it cleared right up

My son had that, he broke out a lot for the first few months, if you breast feed, putting breast milk on it can help it too. But keeping it clean will help a lot, and make sure he doesn't mess with it, irritation can make it worse.

It’s baby acne. My 1 month old daughter currently has it. I put breast milk on it and it goes away.

Totally normal—- baby acne happens to many baby’s. I’ve heard breast milk or so nothing work the best.

Yes my baby girl had baby acne too when she was about 3 wks old and it lasted for about a month! I freaked out too cus my first born did not break out at all! So I bought aquaphor petroleum and I even switched her baby wash from Johnson’s to cetaphil! All of that didn’t do much, it just went away on its own and now she gets a little here n there but won’t last all day 🙏

Breast milk worked wonders for me, my daughter had it around 3-4 weeks and it cleared up with the breastmillk and hasn’t had it again.
