I feel like I’m barley even a mom ☹️ I work all 7:30-5 Monday-Friday, then come home and do my school work for online classes, my dad keeps my son while I’m at work, and on nights where’s he’s extremely fussy my dad will take him, and get him to sleep and let me get some rest which seems to be almost every night, I’m so grateful for the help, but I feel like maybe I’m an absent mom 💔

Girl, your laying down the foundation for your career to support your son, you'll teach your son about the meaning of hard work and getting an education. I can't think of anything more mom-like :) I know its tough now but one day things will change for the better. <3

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

ekko I see both sides. However, if you both work and him taking off one day isn’t going
2sweetie I’ve never asked my husband to take a day off when I’m sick. I just deal with
boymama523 He gets the choice to call off if he’s overwhelmed or sick. You (all us mommas) don’t.
