Ladies I have a question regarding divorce. I have been married for 13 yrs and he is incarcerated and I'm wanting to move on with my life we have no children no properties nothing he has been in prison since the time we've gotten married to now. And we have no communication nothing. I have my papers that I did online filled out and everything. What do I have to do take them to the courthouse and file or what. My fiancee wants this done asap. We are currently seperated due to problems of ours and he said he wants me to wrk on that and he'll come back. Plz i need help I live in San Antonio Tx. Anyone that lives herr who can help

@mommyof2preciousboys1216 you can get the form. You can request it at the courthouse or online. I don't remember the name of it. Try googling waiver of court fees form Texas. It should come out but you have to print and fill. So if you don't have a printer at home you can get it at library or court house.
If you get government assistance of any kind there's a form you can fill out and they waive the court fees as well.
If you didn't live with him since y'all were married then you just take the files to the courthouse and I think you pay a fee of $200-$500 & you can divorce yourself without his presence or signature. You can be done by 3 months.

Paper work and getting Cory dates have been a pain for her. She also hasn't been on it and just slow
@mommyof2preciousboys1216, Yes it will be easy then for you. Just have to file papers and wait for court date. Once you put down no assets then it should just go through smoother.

Yea that's how it was when My mom and dad got divorced. The Papers get filed at the court house first then they serv the papers to your spouse.
If there's no properties or children involved it makes things faster and easier.
They will just look at what cars you guys bought while married if anything

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
