You know what’s embarrassing...the fact that I let my ex keep me locked away from EVERYONE in the world that my baby shower is in 2 weeks and I have ABSOLUTELY NOBODY to invite. I have no friends. I wasn’t allowed to have friends. Hell I was only allowed to see my mom on Sundays. I feel like a loser.

Awww.... omg. I actually dont have any friends... just a bunch of co- workers who are close enough for me to invite. I know how you feel though and my mans kind of the same way except for good reasons as to why we shouldnt invite certain people to our baby shower. If it's reasonable not to invite them then dont BUT if he's just a hater then stand your ground mama!!! I used to be afraid to stand up for myself but once you do it a few times you'll feel the courage to everytime he crosses the line. AND trust me it's for the better of the relationship IF you know he is def in the wrong. If you know he's in the wrong and dont correct him reasonably then thats just as bad as fighting with him. Idk if im explaining it well but i hope it makes sense dear. Take care.

I'm sure it will be better then you think, I invited family and a couple friends to ours and people I haven't talked to in years have messaged me saying they can't wait to come. Honestly I thought no one was going to come and I was just going to cancel but already have 40 RSVP so just try to think positive.

You shouldn't. My ex was like that before I got pregnant and after I got pregnant we broke up but still lived together and it just become second nature to me to not talk to anyone. I hope everything gets better for you though. Just wanted you to know that you're not the only one! So don't feel embarrassed. It happens. Keep your head up!!!

Literally have no friends or pt people to text haha every friend turned their backs on me or just don't get my pregnancy or SO issues and I kudu keep to myself. 🙄
About to call it quits with the last friend I had left since having my daughter. Anyone else have no girl friends or do I just suck 😥

I was shut out from the world. Wasn’t allowed to work for 5 years I wasn’t allowed to have friends leave the house without him nothing. So now that I left I’m alone more than ever.
