Why is everytime that I pump , I feel so drain afterwards ?? I be drinking water while I'm pumping. 🤔🤔🤔

It doesn't matter how much or how little you pump . Every time you pump/nurse its released
@breederofboyz Well my hormones must be very low , cause I don't really pump much.
Its the hormones that your body releases during pumping/nursing
@keilaa Yes , she gets it at least once a day. Either I pump it or just feed from the breast itself.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
I need to find a breast pump that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :(
