So over the last week it came out my step kids have been trying to get rid of me. I already knew this but hearing them tell their dad hurts. They hate my rules I’ve set for my own kids that I have them follow. Heaven forbid I try to feed them healthy and regulate screen time and I ask they take care of simple tasks like shower and clean up after themselves.

@toshagager, they have been divorced six years now...but yes they did have a lot of freedom before I came along and they did successfully get ride of two girlfriends prior to me. They did what they wanted when they wanted and was rude about it. I don’t take that crap.

@toshagager, 2.5 years now....so not terribly long but enough time to where it’s been consistent.

@toshagager, he has grounded them, I’m praying things just get better rather than worse. He is trying to be the rule enforcer, just difficult bc he works so much
I'm sorry but maybe talk to ur hubby and have him enforce the rules my kids like to go behind my back and ask dad for something or just get into something when I leave
