I added 1oz of milk to 4oz of formula for 4 days (to look for any allergic reactions) then 2oz to a 4oz bottle for another 4 days and so on till it was just milk.
@mommy.to.sterling, jasey doesn’t like milk. She spits it out. She likes chocolate milk tho. I wonder if those toddler formulas would help if I mix them with milk until she’s ready?
@melinanae, I read that another mom sweetens the milk a little. I breastfeed and she will not drink reg milk. I don’t want to wean until she does. But I thought of trying one of the toddler formulas to help speed up the process. Idk
@morganmommy79 I breastfed for 8 months and felt bad when I moved to formula. That's great! Hang on for as long as you can. I did it w my first for over a year. Can't remember how I transitioned lol
@melinanae, I want to for awhile but it’s stressful because I don’t have any support here. And we co sleep and I’m ready to put her in her own bed without pacifying on me through the night. BUT I will miss breastfeeding dearly once she stops. 😭😭😭

Put formula in sippy cup. After he gets use to that, switch to milk

I mixed it little by little just so that the belly would get used to regular milk without such a huge transition
