I was with my first too! I had no idea how to breathe no idea how much pain i was about to feel then it happened and I was panicking, had I just breathed and stayed as calm as I could it would have gone so much smoother! My second labor I was like ok I know what's coming just breathe, it was SO quick & less painful. I had two natural births! no epidural, just remember to breathe girl. You'll do good! I found so much comfort in labor by having only my SO in the room and complete quietness like he couldn't even talk lol @hermama
