Verizon said they'd be at the house between 1-3, it is now almost 4 and they're no where to be seen. No phone call, and we've been on hold for half an hour. We have no cable or internet, and my fiance works from home. He planned on catching up on all the work he wasn't able to do the last few days this weekend, but if they don't come who knows if that'll happen!

@boymomx3, apparently there's a note on our ticket from 230 that no one knows what it's for. "Did the tech stop by and then leave?"
Well, if he did he didn't park by our house, nor came to any of our doors. And he definitely didn't go anywhere near the box because it's right under the window.
We're now waiting to hear from dispatch to see what's going on.

@boymomx3, that's who we've been on hold with! At least today the hold music isn't too bad haha. They already told my fiance that we'd be credited for the days we don't have service.

Call them! They were mostly like credit you for the lost time since the tech still hasn’t shown up
