I’m starting by saying that I took a time to write this because I didn’t know if it was appropriate. But I’ve been trough depression in my pregnancy and now in the post partum. My son is almost 2 years and the things are still really bed in my mind. Today I’m having very bad thoughts of failure.

It’s being hard since I come back to studies. I’m not from US, I’m from Brazil and now I’m taking english classes.

Today I was one of the days that I had the most most terrible thoughts. And I needed help so much.

Do you know if is there a group of mother that talk about depression not online but in presence?

I’ve been in New York for almost 2 years and I’ve never felt so lonely in my life

I bit the bulletin and bought a few bikini tops. I haven’t worn a bikini top since before having kids but I’m doing it this year. I’ve been working so hard on myself with working out and eating better. I’m also just feeling more comfortable in my own skin. I have some saggy skin and stretch marks but ya know what I’ve seen worse at the beach haha. I’m proud of myself for this!! I’m owning my belly this summer!!! F it ya know?
