Yea I got a bunch of tanks and dresses with built in bra things to sleep in. I have an ultra comfy nursing dress from Walmart I still wear as much as possible.

You can wear a tank top. I have a nursing tank top I put my breast pads in when I’m just not in the mood for a bra. But it’s best to lay down in the position you usually sleep in and place your pads in there. You could also use the Lansinoh or Medela gel soothies. They stick to the nipple themselves (doesn’t hurt when you take them off and reusable) and you can go braless. But it depends on how much you leak too that they could come off but I’ve never had that issue.

You can buy the pads and stick them in there. It might help
