All the time. I'm pretty sure the people who pack orders at the warehouse know my name now.

The quality depends on the seller, though. Some can be sketchy or have terrible customer service,, and Amazon itself doesn't know until they're reported. And sometimes the quality of the item can be pretty poor, but usually the price gives that away. Always read reviews!
