@sherrynygirl, it is cheaper to live here but pay rate is lower than some areas, too. I still couldn’t imagine paying that much to live anywhere. Lol.

Pay rate is lower in other states. That's why cost of living is cheaper. 💁🏽♀️ $1,000 is a good price tho. Hope u get it! 🤞🏽

That’s insane, I own a 5 bedroom home for cheaper than that. No way I would pay that much for rent and only have 1 bedroom

We rent a 4 bedroom house and currently pay $1065. With taxes it comes out to $1085. They just sent a lease renewal to sign. They want to raise it to $1279 before taxes. Thats just crazy to me! Its owned by a rental company. We've always payed by the 1st and have been good tenants. Is this normal?
You know what's upsetting? I was trying something different (sexually) and it was the most fun I had with my hubby in the 3yrs of marriage...last night I wanted to do it again and he said we would...he said no...I was so upset! I cried, slept on my daughter's bedroom floor for a bit then went back to bed and cried myself to sleep....got my hopes up for nothing! 😔😭
I need a bigger house we have 5 adults and 1 child in our house and it's a 2 bedroom trailer. Karen has her room then me and hubby have our room then our 2 roommate sleep in the living room 😭 too many people in our house!
You guys..how much is your rent and where? Me and the kids plus hubs are moving back to nyc and we ending up scoring a 2 bedroom for $3,000. Believe it or not this is considered “affordable”
