Strong cramps like diarrhea cramps but nothing comes out. Could I mistake these for contractions? 37 weeks.

Cramps!
Has anyone had really bad cramps (Like Af was coming) and ended up pregnant? ?
babybump_user No it won't hurt because I put some in for a few days because I was spitting.

No trust me youll know when you're having your contractions you wont mistake them its such a different pain to anything..
