@shaninex97 Just go into it with a positive outlook and try not to think of the pain. And just make sure you practice your breathing techniques hun x

@shaninex97 I'm coming up to 34 weeks and I'm still not scared or nervous 🙈 And I'm not having pain relief x

I'm currently layed in bed watching from season one. Makes me dead excited to go into labour 🙈 x
