Didn't get the rhogam shot throughout my whole pregnancy and I'm getting induced tomorrow. Can I receive the shot right before going into labor? I'm trying to google online how soon is it effective and I'm not finding any answers. I wonder if I get it tomorrow right before they start the process will itnstill work on me 🤔

@mommy.to.sterling, but what if blood mixes during labor.. wouldn't it be too late to get the shot after labor? Since the mixing around occurred ?
@mommy.to.sterling, long story short, i moved from New Jersey to Florida.. i literally moved during those weeks and everything was all over the place. I also didn't even think about it. I started with a new doctor really late (33 weeks). I'm just worried bc I'm a freak and I'm reading online that my baby can be born very, very sick :/ I'm really worried right now.
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Flu shot
Is anyone getting a flu shot? Every time I get one, I get the flu really bad. The years I don't get the shot, I am fine. My on strongly recommends I get one before the baby gets here. I didn't get one when my son was born. I'm torn. Don't know what I should do!!!
