Well I only work weekends and can pick up shifts whenever I want. I love it. So part time could be a good compromise for you.

I couldn't leave my son. The prices of childcare also negated me earning anything so why waste the time away from him. You can work anytime but you can't get back the baby time if you leave. Hard decision.
