Ok I'm having bad back lower pains and it's definitely not Braxton Hicks at least I don't think it's only in my lower back not my abdomen area and they won't go away are these labor pains or what should I do??
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
okay so I need HELP! I took castor oil with juice about 2 hours ago and I'm having sharp pains in my lower back!!! they take my breath away :(

I need advise ladies! Whenever I turn over in bed I get a sharp pain in my lower stomach and/or back what could this be? I'm hoping it's not the baby because it is excruciating!😓😩

From what I’ve heard. Contractions you wouldn’t even be able to focus on other things. At least that’s what the nurse said. She said I wouldn’t be able to even talk to her if they were real. I never got to experience anything other than Braxton Hicks though. So idk.

I haven't been keeping track yet my husband is saying they are Braxton Hicks but Braxton Hicks aren't in your lower back and I took a bath and I layed down and it started u again even if I switched sides so I'm pretty sure they are contractions and I'm 35 weeks and 1.5 cm dilated
