My 1 month old daughter has rash on her face and ears, why and what should I do?

@mamaofzuri Yeah, @nadiathresya.nt don't put any oil or lotions on her face, if you want, I've heard that breast milk helps by moms who swear by it (its gentle & shouldnt cause issue, just apply lightly to her face) I have no idea if it actually does work but might be worth a shot.

If her scalp is dry and flaky, baby oil is okay, its just not good for baby acne (which it looks like is on her cheeks and between her eyes) because it can sometimes make the acne worse.

My son developed cradle cap (dry scaly skin on his scalp/forehead area) and I applied some baby oil to soften the skin. It went away on its own too. :)

Looks like baby acne to me, its pretty common and should go away on its own.
